We want to perform the best we can so that we can continue to feed the hungry. There is always room for improvement and we want to give the best experience as possible for volunteers, those receiving a meal, and for donators.

    why you do not answer calls on the phone and do not answer on the number 726879 as you are poorly serving people it is not possible to get through to you.

    HELLO AND THANK YOU BUT I REALLY DO,NT UNDERSTAND ALWAYS WHY ALL THE TIME I HAVE TO SEND YOU GUYS EMAILS THAT EVERY TIME I WANT TO MAKE A RESERVATION IT KEEPS TELLING ME IS FULL . I KEEP RECEIVING TEXT FORM YOU BUT WHEN I APPLY IT SAY IS FULL . AM SORRY BUT THIS IS AWFUL . UN BELIEVABLE . ITS BEEN OVER ONE MONTHS .     I can never get a reservation from the app and went one day to ask for help and the person was very nasty!! i walked away with no food …

    No person of any age or gender should be HUMILIATED and abused the way I and so many others are everyday at Masbia of Queens. If there is no resolution to this, can we seek help from public officials or non-profit legal associations?

    I would like to know if there is someone I can speak to in person about this incident. I am not used to being verbally and physically threatened as I was at Malbia, and would like some help in protecting myself in the future.

    I am a registered participant in the food program at Masbia of Queens. Yesterday, Aug 26 2020 at about 6pm, I was verbally assaulted and threatened by two male employees of Masbia, neither of which gave their names. I was yelled at extremely aggressively and called a thief for asking to take a look at a jar of peanut butter, then called a woman (I am male), and subsequently ordered to walk away under palpable threat of physical violence. I was in shock at the unprovoked level of aggression on the part of the staff.


    I would like to add that I have seen verbal abuse of many people at Malbia on different days and hours, most of them women in their seventies and eighties.


    It is completely unacceptable that vulnerable people in need must be subjected to abuse in order to acquire food. I myself am afraid to return, afraid of verbal or physical abuse, and this should never be a reason to go hungry. This situation is shameful and on one should have to endure the same.

    I signed up through Plentiful for appointments to receive food from Masbia Queens’ pantry. I had gone 3 times with no problems but, for the past 4 weeks when I receive a message telling me they’re open to accept appointments, I respond IMMEDIATELY and immediately receive the following message: “Schedule is full, please contact MASBIA QNS for more information. REPLY ‘Menu’ for more options”. This has happened about six times so far. So, that’s why I’m contacting you. if you are planing to help people with food what kind of game is this . by the way the person who is in charge in masabi queens 108 street and 64 he is very nasty . i was about to call THE police on him. he needs to be kind not nasty. PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM

    Horrible ppl! this guy wearing blue shirt today in forest hills on 64th road made an old lady cry and screamed at her because she did not have a reservation. Some people are not savy tech and the plentiful app is so confusing. You guys have no right to treat people this way when they are in need. Thats just messed up! They asked for papers. You should check your staff there inhumane some of them. Also your giving food out to some ppl who have no reservations and yet you couldn’t give it to to hispanic ladies who were there in line for a while.

    Please note: The Plentiful app is not working. The reservation button is not appearing to place appointment reservations for food pick up. I have sent numerous feedback to the app developer with no response. I have tried three different Android phones and none of them allow reservations, even though I keep getting messages saying that Masbia is now taking reservations.

    Masbia should have a back up reservation platform in this kind of situation.

    Please resolve. Thank you.

    how can i sign in the digital pantry system or schedule an appointment to get a free package of food?
